It is very common to forget attachments while sending emails. How many times has it happened to you? Well, Gmail has a forgotten attachment detector feature that will never let you forget attachments. The detector searches for specific keywords in your email like “attached” and “attaching”, and then prompts you if you forget to attach files in such emails. This feature was initially a Google Labs feature, but is now an inbuilt Gmail feature.
Thunderbird and Outlook have some really powerful and flexible email attachment reminders. If you’re using Thunderbird for emails, you can use the Attachment Reminder Add-on for Thunderbird. For Outlook users, a free macro called Outlook Attachment Reminder can be used.
