Today I am going to tell you about the top 5 Photo Editing Apps available on the Google Chrome Store. I went through dozens of photo editing apps but found these 5 apps most promising. I haven’t included Picasa in the list because, the online Picasa tool is tad slow. The ones i have listed are far better.
