DIY: Convert Your Doc/Docx Files into PDF

Many a times we may need to convert our Microsoft Word Doc/Docx, Microsoft Excel .xls and Microsoft Powerpoint .ppt files into a secure portable document format(PDF) so as to protect them from any kind of amendment and to share data among computer users who work on different application software, hardware or operating systems. We will show you the 5 simple steps to convert your file into a PDF file. The Steps go as follows.

 

Step 1: Open Your .Doc/.xls/.ppt file

Geronimo! Problem Solved. You may also add a protective password to your PDF file by choosing Encrypt The Document With A Password in Options Shown in Step 5! This was how I converted a Docx/Doc file into a PDF file. Similarly you can convert different text files into Portable Document format. The text files may be converted into various file types just by choosing the desired file type in Save As Type option.
