AndroidLand : The First Android Experience stores are now open in Noida (Great India Place) and Bangalore (Koramangala). These stores will feature the best Android smartphones, tablets, accessories, apps, and more. These Android stores are a collaboration between Google and Spice.
Tata got Starbucks, Bharti and Walmart split, Spice got Android.
Google offices provide the updated analytics and the required inputs to these Spice stores so they know exactly which apps to promote. Google’s inputs are limited to such analytics. These AndroidLand stores are really fun places to hand out for android-lovers and techies. You can use the wifi, play games, and just relax. Just to add here, the staff there is very carefully recruited and these guys are really friendly and know what they’re talking. (Personal experience)
Just so you know, the first Androidland was opened by Telstra in Melbourne, Australia. This was December 2011 and it is coming to India now in October, 2013.
